Title V

OVERVIEW:

TITLE V supports innovation and evidence-based practices in education, with a particular emphasis on helping rural communities. By providing grants to local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools, Title V enables the development of tailored, innovative programs that address the unique challenges of rural areas, such as limited access to resources and qualified teachers. The funding promotes equity by expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities and improving student outcomes, especially for underserved populations. It also strengthens school capacity through data-driven decision-making and fosters collaboration between schools, districts, and local stakeholders, ensuring that rural communities can implement sustainable solutions that meet their students' needs.

Marshall County Schools did not meet the criteria to be selected to receive TITLE V funds for FY25 or FY26.
